Dining Reservation Question

Do USO restaurants take reservations? Strange question, I know, but before our trip we made reservations by phone at Mythos and Bubba Gump. At Mythos, we could tell they didn't have our reservations, but they covered well and weren't too busy anyway and we seated right away.

But that made us decide to confirm our reservations at Bubba Gump. At the greeter desk, we asked and were surprised when we were told they didn't take reservations!
