Dining Reservation at Cinderella's Castle

I know there is a thread somewhere that tells how to get to a cast member quickly for ADR at Cinderella's Castle. Can someone tell me how again or point me in the direction of that thread?
 
Booking online is probably faster than the phone system in most cases, and the online booking opens an hour before the phone lines. And since the last phase of the upgrade, it once again allows the DDP to be used in lieu of prepayment.
 
Unfortunately you cannot book online or by phone right now because of some glitch in the system with trying to guarantee credit cards. I think you can prepay, but not use your CC to guarantee for those with dining plans. I've tried both ways and they say to just keep trying back.

It worked properly for me a few days ago. Before the last phase of the upgrade it wanted me to prepay even though I have a reservation with the DxDDP, but when I was looking around on the 18th and playing with my schedule it allowed me to link the dining plan so I only needed the CC as a guarantee.

The most recent upgrade has fixed that AND the 180 +10 issue!!! :cool1:
 
Yes, I realize the system upgrade has allowed changes (and I wish they had been working last month when I made my 180 days out reservations) and some of the new additions are excellent, but right now the system is experiencing some sort of error for adr's requiring cc guarantees so when you enter your cc info to guarantee the ressie, it gives you an error notice and never confirms the reservation. I called to see if they could make the ressie over the phone and they are having the same issue, saying its being worked on and to just keep trying back.

Let me know if anyone is able to make a ressie with a cc guarantee. I try every hour or so, and will continue to try tomorrow.
 
I just did 2 reservations this morning that required a cc guarantee. One was for the Fantasmic package and the other was for California Grill. I had no problems with either one. I was able to use 180 plus 10 days no problem but I did have to login with my resort reservation number 1st.
 
I had to call today for CRT. We have the DDP, but the online system still required us to pay in full for the ressie. However, I had no problems once I called. :thumbsup2
