Dining res disappeared

Has anybody elses reservations disappeared. I can't even pull mine up with the confirmation number. I talked to tech support. They said my reservations were there and to try again later.:confused3

I am kind of having the same issue except mine were never there in the first place. IPO made most of my dining reservations on Wednesday and gave the confirmation numbers to me. I added a couple adrs myself online. Online, I am able to see the adrs I made but I can not pull up the ones made by IPO. IPO told me they attached all of my dining reservations to my resort reservation so I should be able to view them online but I can't.

I called dining today to cancel an adr that IPO made for me because I can't locate it online. They were able to find all of my adrs that were made by IPO and me. The CM on the phone couldn't figure out a reason why I can't see them or retrieve them online. :confused3
 
i posted this earlier in the week.

"So IPO was able to get all of our requests and sent an email w/ all our adr info such as time/date/place/confirmation#. but how come i can't see the dining ressies on my wdw account? i made an adr myself and that is linked with my resort ressie but not all of the ones made by IPO. IPO told me they should appear b/c they linked all adrs to my resort ressie.
have you been able to view all of your adrs made by IPO on the wdw site? i'm not sure if it's just the site that stinks. it keeps asking me to log in repeatedly. I also tried using the retrieve or find reservation function on the site but nothing comes up."

so my point is i cant find my ressies either. i think the wdw site just stinks. i guess as long as we have conf #s & the ressies can be found in the dining system it doesn't matter that we can't pull them up. but it would be nice to see them all in one place............
 
I am unable to see my adr's online as well. I have also tried the retrieve function and one of the following will happen:

-I receive an error message
-I am redirected to log in AGAIN
-The box where you enter reservation and phone number reappears but without the information I entered into it

Because I have not been able to view my dining reservation info online, I panicked and called Disney Dining. I explained that I was unable to view them online and wanted to confirm that I still had the reservations.
The CM had no idea why I couldn't see them online. Actually she seemed annoyed with me. She was able to locate and list all of my adr's and said, "Well, they're here." She also asked what password I was using. Not sure why? :confused3:confused3
 

I'm glad I am not just the only one. I made a couple of ressies with my husbands e-mail and phone number and tried to pull them up and could not. I might set up a new account and try again. I don't like paying for the dxdp and not being able to confirm my reservations. It makes me nervous. You can try calling tech support at disney, but they don't seem to have a clue.

This was driving me crazy so I just called tech support. The CM was very helpful. It turns out that when IPO made the reservations they didn't attach my phone number to them. The tech support CM went in and entered my cell phone number to all of the adrs and asked to me to make sure I could retrieve them. I had to retrieve them individually but now they are all attached to my resort reservation and I can see them! The number I called was 407-939-7765. Hope this helps those of you who are having trouble finding your adrs online.

I called that number they were no help. What I did was I set up a new email account with yahoo and a new account with disney. I was then able to pull up my dining reservations with this new disney account. I got them all on one page and printed them out. I cannot pull up any dining reservations when signed in with my account that is associated with my resort reservation. I have tried clearing my cookies, but whenever I sign in with that account my resort reservation comes up. I will keep this fake account just to be able to pull up dining reservations cancel and make changes I guess. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I now have 4 disney acounts.:sad2:
