Dining Question - CONFUSED - Please Help!!!

OK, I think I've got the dining thing figured out.............. HOWEVER, on 2 seperate occassions, I've been told by CM's (CRO) that I have 6 TS/ 6 CS and 6 snacks. Here's where the question comes in............ my stay is from Jan. 29, to Feb. 3rd. Yes, that is six days, but only 5 nights. So, I thought I'd only be getting 5 of each. I have purchased the MYW plus dining, and 6 day hoppers, but that should have nothing to do with it. I'm only actually at the hotel for 5 nights, but they both insist I get 6 "credits" for each TS,CS, and snack??!!. Is this right?? I'm confused. Thanks for any help.

We had ours tied to how many nights we were there, so to me it looks like you got an extra days worth! Although we have AP's and bought only one base ticket. Maybe the ticket overides the nights since you will be in the parks 6 days ?

It's based on the number of room nights - not anything to do with the days on a ticket. I would ask them to send you a written confirmation of how many of each meal/snack. If I recall, mine shows three listings (CS, TS, & snacks) - 7 of each (since we're staying 7 nights), then the number of guests (1,2) next to each line item. So we're getting a total of 14 (7x2 guests) of each.

I would ask to speak to a manager so that the CMs are corrected and not misleading less knowledgeable guests. That would confirm it as well.

Ours were definitely tied to the number of nights.

We just got back and it was definately dependent on the number of nights.

Man.. too bad it's not tied to the days on your MYW ticket .. we're getting the 10 day hopper/NE, but only staying 7 nights this trip!!

10 days worth of meals for 7 nights would be CRAZY!!

It's based on the number of nights. By any chance are you a family of 6? Then the statement make some sense, you get 6TS credits per day (really night) of your stay.

or are you sure they have the correct departure date...ie do they have you checking out the 6th day or staying one additional night ? i remember once telling them we would "be there" from the 6-10 and they had us checking out the 11 instead of the 10

No, Lewis, there is just the 3 of us, Me, DH and our little one. So, I'm not sure why they are telling me 6. It's just odd that both times I've spoken to CRO that is what they've said.......... Oh, well. I'm planning on 5, and if they for some reason give us 6, perhaps I'll sprinkle someone with some pixie dust!!!!

If you have the paperwork and your check-in/check-out dates are correct, your credits will be reflected off that information.

I just pulled my reservation confirmation and like yours, it lists "1 per night" next to each line (Quick Service Meals, Snacks, and Table Service Meals).

It sounds like the CMs you spoke with are just confused.
