Dining Problems

As of now I have Rose and Crown booked for our arrival night on March 7 but am now thinking we should do a counter service meal that night simply because we don't get into MCO until almost 3:00 and by the time we get checked in and settled in it is going to be pretty late getting into Epcot. So with that being said I will have one TS meal left on our dining plan unless I keep the reservation for breakfast at Boatwrights on the morning when we depart. But check out is at 11:00 and our reservation is at 10:50 so this would mean on our last day at Disney we would have to get our act together to check out and still make if for breakfast. So what I am looking for is any suggestions on what restaurant I should try on our last day at Disney? We won't be going back into the parks so it would have to be a resort restaurant and I would like it to be table service. Also our towncar will be picking us up at 3:00 to take us to RPH since check in isn't until 4:00 and we were not planning on doing the parks that day. I know so many questions but it seems this year it has been harder to plan our meals. Thanks for any help

Boatwrights has wonderful food, so one idea would be to just eat your supper there, after you check in and get settled, before going to Epcot.

Which resort do you really, really want to see? I would select a place at that location and then you will be able to visit that resort. Boma's @ AKL, Spoodle @ the Boardwalk, Kona's @ the Poly?

Thanks for the suggestions, I just decided that on our last day we would check out of POR and head to DD to do a counter service meal. This way we won't have to rush to make a specific ADR. I ended up booking two table service meals for one day of our visit. So I have all my ADR;s made and I am not going to change them! This is what I told the CM when I called to book at Crystal Palace which will be a new dining experience for us. I guess this is what makes the dining plan so much fun, there are so many places that we are trying for this trip.
