Dining price increases?

Does anyone know if there is a "usual" time of year that prices are raised either on buffet pricing or the dining plan?

Also, if you book the dining plan with a package, and the price increases after that.... are you locked in at the original price?

Thanks!

Even if you haven't paid in full, as long as you've made your initial deposit AND don't make any changes, you're locked in at the price at the time of booking.

Yes, sorry, I was not specific enough. Once that $200 (or whatever) is down you've locked in.

1) The biggest changes in menu prices and menu items is October and December.
2) DDP reimbursement rates change in October for Disney-owned eateries and December for non-Disney-owned.
3) DDP reimbursement is the same for the entire year, so no chance to get more money during the next 12-months for DDP items.
4) Anything pre-paid (Cash or Credit Card) cannot be increased.
