Dining Plans for our week

We are going for 7 nights in late August and so I am trying to figure out times to shoot for with our ADR's. We are driving down so have access to a car and will likely use it for Animal Kingdom Day. 2 adults one child (picky eater)

Arrival Day
Lunch at CBR Counter Service
Dinner Cape May - thinking 7 then check out the Boardwalk

Animal Kingdom
Breakfast - Tusker House pre park opening
Dinner - Boma - no clue what time to make this for to catch Rivers of Light any suggestions? Park is currently scheduled to close at 5.

Epcot
Lunch - OMG how can we possibly choose! Probably wherever we are when we are hungry
Dinner - Akerhouse - I am thinking 7 to have time to get to Illuminations

Hollywood Studios
Lunch - Sci-Fi since breakfast was not extended :-(
Dinner - Mama Melrose - Fantasmic Pkg

Magic Kingdom
Lunch - Harbor House
Dinner - Be Our Guest - time suggestions?? 7:00 good to make a 9:00 Wishes?

Magic Kingdom
Lunch - Recommend a counter service to me
Dinner - Ohana - would be nice to see the water parade what time would be good to catch that?

Last Day - no idea where or what we will be doing out of table service so doesn't matter for ADR

Depature Day - Disney Springs - any counter service recommendations?

Sci Fi breakfast was not extended. If you want TS breakfast at HS, your only option is Hllywood & Vine.

There are no announcements on Rivers of Light yet. You can kind of assume dusk would be the early show.

7:00 to make 9:00 Wishes at BOG is cutting it close and assuming you get seated on schedule, which is a terrible assumption.

Best CS at Disney Springs would be Earl of Sandwich or Wolfgang Puck Express.

Remember, if you are wanting to do the Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package dining usually those times are between lunch and 4pm. Dinner times are usually not an option for the package. What we have done in the past is Mama Melrose for lunch with the Fantasmic Package and then Sci-Fi for dinner.
