Way too much food if you do quick service. Just got home early yesterday . Had 13 counter service meals left . We came home with about 30 bags of snacks.
Each redemption is 3 snacks per counter service credit. I actually brought home the family size snacks from the food court. Like another poster said it's credits per person per night .
I had 40 Qs meals and 4o snacks
We got to resort 11 pm fri night and left 5:05 am Tuesday morning so it was way too much food for us

we have 7 people most nights. When we go to BOG and CRT it will be 4.

We don't find it to be too much food. We use quick service as either lunch or breakfast, then an evening sit down dinner. Snacks can be as healthy/small or big/unhealthy as you like. No rule says you have to finish everything either!

Oh and I think your plans look great! With two 5 years they may like Coral Reef better than a World Showcase restaurant due to the aquarium. Same with T-Rex/Rainforest, may be more fun for the kids.
