We are getting the WDW--on a Friday night very late. We are doing the Disney Dining Plan with 2 snack credits, 1 quick service and 1 table credit per day. We will be eating breakfast on the go every morning. We have two families going counting us. My husband, daughter(5) and mother-in law along with our friends (husband and wife) who have a 5 year old son.

Saturday- Hollywood Studios
Lunch: Fairfax Fare
Dinner: Sci-Fi
Sunday-Epcot
Lunch: Sunshine Seasons
Dinner: Coral Reef
Monday- Magic Kingdom
Lunch: Casey's Corner
Dinner: Chef Mickey
Tuesday: Typhoon Lagoon/Disney Springs
Lunch: Typhoon Tilly's
Dinner: T-Rex
Wednesday: Animal Kingdom
Lunch: Flame Tree BBQ
Dinner: Rainforest Café
Thursday: Blizzard Beach/Magic Kingdom
Lunch: Lottawatta Lodge
Dinner: Be Our Guest
Friday: Magic Kingdom
Lunch: Tomorrowland Terrace
Dinner: Cinderella's Royal Table

T-rex and rainforest cafe are similar, inside Animal Kingdom Yak and Yeti is a nice option, T-rex menu way better than rainforest, Casey Corner I'm guessing you already been there I particularly find the spot ok but there is better counter service in MK, only my opinion, your choices are awesome. Have a wonderful trip!

Where would you go inside MK for better counter service.

T Rex and Rainforest are owned by the same chain (Landry's) and have the same sub par food. The only difference is the theme. If I had to do one I would do T Rex. I agree Yak & Yeti in the AK has good food.
Another vote for Columbia Harbour House for MK QS. The food is really good and there is lots of seating indoors in the climate control. There is minimal outdoor seating at Casey's and folks waiting for the parade etc camp out at those tables.

It is so subjective but I don't care for most of the places you are planning to eat. I do like Flame Tree BBQ and Be Our Guest though! With most of restaurants at WDW you will find as many people that like something as do not. If you have looked at the menus and are excited about them, give them a try!

Tomorrowland Terrace may NOT be open when you go. I would definitely replace that with Cosmic Ray's (close area, many more options for a large group of people)

You've made some great choices. My suggestion would be to switch out Rainforest Cafe for Yak and Yeti or Boma and to switch out Casey's for Columbia Harbour House or Pecos Bills. Chef Mickey's is a good character dining choice to see the Fab Five - perfect for the kids in your group.
For a World Showcase suggestion - Teppan Edo

Just in case you don't already know this, Cinderella's Royal Table is two table service dining credits.
yes I do. Thank you though. We are getting in very late on a Friday so we are going to have credits that day that we are not able to use. we get in on a Friday around 8:00-9:00 and don't start till the next day at parks.

Not sure if you depart that last night or the following morning, but number of credits are based on the number of NIGHTS of your stay, not how many days. As long as your math pans out on this, I would echo what everyone else has said.

we are leaving on a Saturday early morning.

Way too much food if you do quick service. Just got home early yesterday . Had 13 counter service meals left . We came home with about 30 bags of snacks.
Each redemption is 3 snacks per counter service credit. I actually brought home the family size snacks from the food court. Like another poster said it's credits per person per night .
I had 40 Qs meals and 4o snacks
We got to resort 11 pm fri night and left 5:05 am Tuesday morning so it was way too much food for us
