Is there a dining plan offered at Disneyland like the one at Disneyworld?

Yes and no...there is a dining plan available to guests staying onsite, but it doesn't cover every restaurant in the resort. You basically get a voucher that can be used for one of a handful of dining locations (e.g., Goofy's Kitchen) or the voucher can also be used for the dollar equivalent at non-participating locations (which defeats the purpose of having it). Most folks tend to say it's not worth getting the dining plan, because it's so limited in what is eligible.
