WE are going as a group of 7 and 2 rooms just wondered if our quick service credits will be on one booking if so would we be able to sort them into 2 family's so we no where we are?

How have you booked your hotel?

In 2009 we booked with VH and had one booking for 2 rooms. One for us and one for my in laws. When we checked in we had connecting rooms (that connecting door stayed locked ) and our DDP credits were pooled. They couldn't unpool them as we asked.

If you have booked and have 2 reservation numbers then they should be seperate.

Thanks we have book and as one booking with one reference number

We had two rooms under one reservation number and they put all the credits on both room keys rather than dividing them up.
