Refurbishment Schedule?

I thought there used to be a place on the Disneyland website that housed the refurbishment schedule. I can't seem to find that except on a daily basis now. Is there somewhere that tracks the ongoing and future refurbishments? TIA!

Locate park hours and then there should be a link for each park with refurbishment schedule. Use calendar to select different days. On Disneyland site under tickets and parks, hover on right hand side and click on See all hours and entertainment schedule. Select which parks and towards the top will be Change Date option. Then towards bottom of each section it will list refurbishments.
