dining plan worth it?

I could be mistaken, but aren't they starting to black out more and more dates that the TIW card can be used? We are going in June 14 and I think most of that time will be blacked out.

The new blackout times are not for all restaurants. It is for 1900 PF, Ohana, CRT for sure and I believe a few others. The information is on the tables in wonderland website.
