Dining Plan with split off-on stay

Hey - this is complicated, so bear with me. TIA for any answers you might have.

Our large-ish group (12) originally planned on doing a split stay on-property with half at POR, half at the Beach Club. However, the discounts coming out for our dates are not low enough to make it affordable for us. For reasons that are too complicated to go into here, giving up the Beach Club is not an option. We have decided to go off-site for the first half then the last 4 nights keep our Beach Club reservation.

We would like to do the dining plan when we are at the Beach Club so that we can do a bunch of our more expensive meals and sort of live it up the last part of the trip.

This won't be a problem for 2/3 of our family as we will have annual passes. But the other 1/3 is not planning on getting an annual pass. They won't be able to do the dining plan, will they? Is there any way they can purchase their full days of tickets through the package with the Beach Club and then use them before they ever check in at the Beach Club? Or is that impossible.

Of course, we can ask a CM this, but I find sometimes the people here know more tricks and tips than they do, and I would like to be prepared to try and argue for another option if they say "no." Thanks!

Call Disney and ask the CM how many rooms the annual passholder can book as a ticketless package. I think it may be more than one room.

Or, you can register an annual passholder in each room and just do your own sleeping arrangements.

Apparently you can pick up package tickets in advance of your package if you do it at a Guest Services area, but no more than 3 days ahead and you didn't mention how long the offsite stay is.

If you ask on the phone if you can do this, they will say "no" but according to the Theme Parks Strategies board, it is possible.

Thank you. Yes, we have 2 annual passholders (adults) and 3 rooms, so if we can book more than one ticket-less package, that would work! I will ask.

The off-site stay is 5 days, so it won't work to pick them up ahead of time. Thank you for the suggestion, though.
