Dining Plan while staying in DVC Villa

We are currently considering a 2BR villa with my parents next year. Can we select the deluxe dining plan while they select the regular dining plan? Or does everyone have to be on the same plan? DH and I prefer deluxe (we do a lot of ADRs and 2 credit meals) but mom and dad wouldn't benefit from deluxe.

Are you paying with DVC points (your own or renting), or booking through CRO/WDTC like you'd book a regular resort room? You can get the dining plan either way but the methods of adding it are different. If you booked it as a hotel room you need a package.

Either way, everyone registered in the room does have to be on the same dining plan for the entire stay. Unless you have separate rooms, you won't be able to get different dining plans.

Ah - it is as I feared. Ok.

We do rent the dvc points fwiw.

If you want to add a dining plan, you will need to ask the member you are renting from to add it for you, and work out payment with the member. It needs to be added no later than 48 hours prior to the check-in date.

Wen i usually visit to some place, i never use villas.
I prefer to rent an apartment instead of anything. It makes me to feel freedom.
