DINING PLAN: & the Pepper Mkt gratuity

How does the automatic 10% gratuity work with people on the Dining Plan? For a counter Service meal, is it included or do you have to pay out of your own pocket?

According to the dining plan all gratuity is included. I'm not sure what the extra 10% is since I haven't even eaten at the Pepper Market.

The Dining Plan includes a 15% (soon to be 18%) gratuity. You only pay out of pocket if you want to tip more

A 10% gratuity is automatically added to your bill should you choose to eat at Peppermarket. The ey have regular flatware rather than plastic and cloth napkins which are set up by a waitress. If you use vouchers or are on a meal plan the gratuity is covered.
