Dining plan reservations

I plan on making our reservations as soon as we get down to the 180 days. Is there any time, ie 6 - 7 pm or earlier or later that is easier to get?

I called right on my 180 day out and got almost everything I asked for. A couple of them were off by maybe 10 to 20 min. I think when people have trouble, is when it gets closer. Seems like they are only allowing so many DP people at a time.
