Dining Plan/ Refillable Mugs at Resorts

I had a quick question. Our tags and coupons came this weekend for our upcoming trip. (Love the new tags!) How do we get our refillable mugs that come with the dining plan? Is there a credit on our account like a meal credit so we can get them in the restaurant where they are sold? OR Do we get them at check in?

Take your KTTW card (room key/ID card) to the food court of your resort.

Pick out your mugs.

When you check out, the cashier will ring them up and use your "mug" credits, of which each person in your room will have one.
