;) Hypothetical questions:
If we were to check in on May 30, and Peek dining starts May 31, would that still be considered Regular dining for the duration of our stay on the dining plan?
Also, using those dates again, if free dining were to be offered through May 30, would we be eligible for the length of our stay?

Yes. Pricing is based on check-in date.

Much like the above, pricing and discounts are based on check-in date.

Note that if Free Dining started on 5/31 for the same trip, you would be ineligible for the discount for the entire stay! (Well, unless you did some fancy thing like... checking out on 5/31 and checking back in...but that's beside the point).

For the price one, we see this all the time at the start of a new year. People can check in on 12/31 using the 2012 prices, and those prices will carry into 2013.
