dining plan question

I have a two general question, little confused.

If you get a pin code for a room only discount, can you still add on ddp and then upgrade to deluxe?


If you have an AP room only discount, you can still use AP dining plan?

The reason I ask, is I have receive quoted for both of these scenerios, but I have read post on these boards that kinda contradict what I been told by CRO.
And i have read enough post to figure out cro can be wrong

I have a 40% PIN code, and was able to get the DDP. Dining wasn't discounted, of course, but my AAA agent was able to get me the package without a problem.

You may be able to apply the code to a package, but you must book a package to get DDP.

Maybe, maybe not. If you are an AP holder, you might get the discount on the package without having to add tickets.

If you are not an AP holder, you may be able to apply the discount to a room/tickets/dining package. With some discounts it's possible, with some it isn't. You would have to call and ask if it's possible with the one you have.
