I am going to WDW in Feb on the dining plan for 5 nights. I have 2 adults and 2 teens. (not sure what their classifications are but, that's not my question. ;) )

What I want to know.....can you get 2 seperate cards? I don't see us all sticking together and I want the boys to be able to get their snack and lunch without having to find us. Is that possible? :flower:

TIA!!! :worship: all you Disney experts! :wizard:

Am just subscribing as I am curious about the same thing. :confused3 We will have 4 teens with us in August and know that they will not want to hang with the "old folks" the whole time. I know that their room card has the ticket to the park and the dining plan. Does this mean that they can go to DTD and eat there without us??? :confused3

When we were there in December 2005, everyone had their own card and they all worked to charge food for the Dining Plan. I would sent my kids off to get their own snacks or meals and it worked fine.

We just returned on January 12 and I want to confirm with you that all room keys have the credits accessible to them. After I ran the half marathon, my boyfriend was able to go pick up food for the both of us. When we wanted two different counter service places, we would go get what we wanted and meet up to dine together.
Works out well!

Thats what happened for us too. We each could use our room key/park admission card for food or drink. We also let them see our visa--so we could make charges to visa with the card too. Works great if you are in a food court and want to eat something different.
