Dining Plan payment options

My SIL rented points from me and is taking 8 of her family members in September. They want the dining plan and have delayed adding it so they can pay later. Questions is (I could not find the answer in a search) how many different cards, Disney Visa, Disney Rewards Cards, and Disney Gift cards, can I use to pay for the plan?

Is there a limit or doesn't it matter?

As the member you will have to add it and pay for it at that time, so you might run into a problem using cards that are not in your name. Sounds like a question for MS.
