Dining Plan on checkout day? How late?

We are checking out of the POP after 3 nights and checking into the POLY GVC. Our dining plan is only for the first 3 nights.

My question is.....can we use our last TS on the night that we check out of the POP, even if it is late and we have already checked into the POLY? How late on checkout day can you finish using the end of your dining credits??

We would really like to use it for dinner the day we check out.
