Does everyone in a room have to be on the dining plan, or could one person choose not to get the package?

I'm pretty sure everyone in the room has to be on the same package. Could be wrong, but I've never read otherwise.

Everyone over 3 in the room must have the dining plan if other people in the room want it.

Everyone in the room must have the same package components (same DDP and same number of ticket days).

Yes everyone in the room has to be on it. Our picky 5 year old is on it but the 2 year old is not because he is under 3. Our plan is to order OOP for the 5 year old and give the kids DP meal to the 2 year old who eats everything and eats alot! I assume this will not be a problem. We'll just switch the plates when the meal comes to the table. :rotfl2:
