We are on the regular DDP and I am having trouble deciding if this will be enough TS and if I should add another dinner for 3/23 (which happens to be Easter - so I'll probably have trouble getting something anyways!) and pay OOP for something? Please let me know what you think!

Arrival day -3/21 Dinner @ Ohana 9:15pm
3/22 Coral Reef dinner
3/23 Kona breakfast
3/24 Jiko dinner
3/25 (nothing b/c we are not spending the day at WDW)
3/26 Chefs de France
Leave early AM on 3/27

you're going from big dinner to big breakfast...I'd be concerned that I wouldn't be hungry for the Kona breakfast.

We max out the dining plan w/TS dinners and use QS and snacks for breakfast/lunch, so I'd be looking to do another TS for the 23rd. Have you tried Kona for dinner? Wolfgang Puck Cafe in DTD? Just my thoughts!

Looks like you are staying 6 nights so you will get 6 TS, 6 CS and 6 SC. It looks like you still have 1 TS coming. The day you are not at WDW get an ADR in DTD or one of the resorts when you arrive back later in the day. You can always just ask the CM what is available on the 23 or get a few restaurants you have in mind and just ask what times would be available on the 23rd. Just don't let that TS go to waste.

I'd book a TS dinner on Easter if you can get one. Depending on where it is, you may want to pay OOP for the Kona breakfast or the new restaurant. Rarely is a TS breakfast that's NOT a character buffet a good value on the DDP. Unless everyone in your party is getting an expensive entree (steak n eggs) a press pot of coffee and a pricey juice, it's a poor value on the plan.

Decide where you'll be on Easter, make a reservation for dinner accordingly and then pay for that meal w/ your DDP credits. :) And HAVE a great time!

isn't Jiko a 2 TS credit meal?

Ditto what PP said. I would use TS for another dinner and pay OOP for Kona breakfast. WE too use most of our TS for dinners, and use CS for lunches and sometimes breakfasts. Usually we grab a quick breakfast in the room. :goodvibes
