I've been trying to download the 2017 brochure for a while and all I get is a 'failed to load' warning with a option to reload the page.

Does anyone have the file and could share it?

That's because Disney never reveals the price. Current cost for dining plans are:

QSDP $48.19/20.88
DDP $69.35/24.95
DxDP $106.68/38.75
