We will be at Disney the first week in October. I currently have an ADR for Cap'n Jacks at DTD but I have read some negative reviews so I am thinking about changing it. Any suggestions for dinner at DTD? We are on the dining plan. Thanks!:rolleyes1  :cool1: :dance3:

We have enjoyed Raglan Road in the past. We will be eating there in December (we also have the Dining Plan). The Earl of Sandwich is also very good but a counter service meal not a sit down. Those are my suggestions for DTD when using the Dining Plan. Good luck with your plans.

Capt. Jack's is OK. You're going to see bad reviews about all of the places at WDW. Try it and see how you like it! Another DTD that you might want to try is Wolfgang Pucks. We like them both! Have a great trip!:thumbsup2

We have dined at CJs and WP on the DDP. CJs was simple, ok food. We went for the double lobster tails to get the best bang for our buck. WPs was more upscale. Food was good but service was poor. The server even billed our room charge for $70 in addition to taking the DDP credits.

We would eat at both places again. If CJs didn't have lobster we probably wouldn't eat there again.

We have eaten at Capt Jacks a few times never been disapointed. Go you will enjoy.

I went to Captain Jack's once and was pretty underwhelmed. Not to Fulton's level, but not great. Ragland Road and Wolfgang Puck are both good, although oddly not Disney feeling (to me). You might also hop over to the Turf Club at SSR. It's new, but I've heard good things thus far.

I don't think Disney owns Ragland & WP. That would explain the lack of feel. They do own CJs and that doesn't feel Disney either. :confused3
