Dining Plan & Annual Passes Question

I apologize if this has been answered before, but I have been unable to find the information I need.

I have a trip planned for August 2011. We have the MYW + Dining package, and will be staying at a Disney resort. During this trip, I will be upgrading our tickets to Annual Passes, as a move to Florida is very imminent.

I want to book another trip for November 2011, and stay at a Disney resort.

Here's my question: Does it make sense to get the Dining Package if you have Annual Passes? Or does it make more sense to just utilize the Dining Discount benefit on the AP's? Are you even ALLOWED to get the Dining Package if you have AP's?

And what is the Tables in Wonderland...?

I've never had Annual Passes before, so I'm trying to make sense of the benefits, limitations, etc. Any information is appreciated.

1 - This is something that you'll have to figure yourself. However, to guide you, would you be planning on eating at participating restaurants only and be limited (and fully utilize) Entree, Dessert, and Soft-Drink? If not, or if not sure, you'd likely be better off with Tables in Wonderland (TiW).

2- Yes. AP holders (and DVC members) may book "ticketless packages" that include Room and Dining.

3- Tables in Wonderland is an additional card that can be purchased ($75 I believe for AP holders, or $100 for FL residents) that will save you 20% off your meal at many Table Service locations (and some counter service). This also incurs an 18% gratuity added to the bill (which you'd be paying anyway of course .) It covers all aspects of the meal (App, Entree, Dessert, Drinks, and Adult Beverages) and is usable to cover up to parties of 10 per card. (You'd only have to buy 1 for your family). It is also accepted at several more places than the DDP, so that may also help you decide. I'm sure someone will be by soon with more detail as well.
