Dining plan and Tipping?

We are going in Oct. Is Tip included on the Dining Plan I purchased? I forgot to ask I know it was 2 years ago.

Gratuities are included for room service, pizza delivery, CRT, dinner shows, and grand gathering events.

Everything else, it's up to you.

It's a two-edged sword -- people complain because the tip is an extra cost they have to budget for, but people complained when the tip was included because service suffered.
