dining plan and renting dvc points

Am I correct that if you are renting points from a dvc member you may purchase the dining plan but you do not have to purchase tickets as a package?

You dont' need a ticket purchase to add the dining plan to a DVC reservation.

If you are the renter, you must get the member you are renting from to call Member Services and add the dining plan to the reservation. Member Services will deal only with the member.

You would pay for the plan in full when you check in.

We just rented points at OKW last week and stayed there loving it. We asked the memeber to add the dining package and when we checked in they asked for payment for the DDP (the points where already paid) and they added it all to our key to the world.

You also get free laundry and free wireless!
