Dining plan and refillable mugs question

Hello, newbie question here. If we get the dining plan, and we stay at a resort that has those expensive refillable mugs, can we refill them at other resorts? We like to stay at the cheap resorts, but go to the nicer resorts to swim and things. But the mugs are cheaper at the nicer resorts (giving price breaks for the rich!). So since we already paid for the dining plan, can we buy the mug at the Floridian or somewhere, get free refills at other resorts like the one we are staying at? The free dining plan covers free drinking too, right?

I believe *those* particular mugs can only be used for free refills of alcoholic beverages (hey, be sure and fill up at the nicer resorts as I hear they put more booze in -- that way you don't even think about how much you're paying to stay there!).

Can I please use the Six Flags refillable cups that I just found? (lost them a couple years ago). Please please please?? I paid so much for them and only used them that one day. Kinda like those RegalCinemas refillable glasses...

I was gonna use my Six Flags Mug, but someone forgot to rinse it out and now it is moldy. So can I take it to the Contemporary and trade it in for a new one? We're gonna eat at California grill while we are there so I'd like to have it refilled before we go to eat (we'll have a lot of DDP adult credits left because we pay OOP for the kids a few times)
