We have 2 rooms with 2 adults in each room. We all have the same dining plan. Do we need to "pay" with a magic band from each room or can 1 person give their band to cover 2 credits from each room? The bands are all connected to just one account. I am not sure if there is 1 credit pool attached to the MDE or if there are 2 pools attached to the 2 rooms. Hope I am making myself clear. We will all eat together usually. But sometimes we are split and not necessarily by room. I don't want to cause a problem when it is time to pay. It seems it would be easier to just let one person "pay".
Thanks
Melissa

If you have two rooms with separate reservation numbers, you need a band from each room. If the rooms are "linked" that's not relevant if you have two reservation numbers, it's still counted as two separate reservations.

I don't believe WDW allows the booking of two rooms under one reservarion number any longer. If you have two room reservation numbers then your dining credits are allocated per room, not per party.

^^^Thanks for the information. I do not want to look silly when time comes to "pay".

A person from both rooms will have to scan their band in and put in their pin number - you will receive 2 bills, one for each room and they both will have a suggested tip amount - I just put "see other bill" on one ticket and put the tip down for both tickets on my ticket.

I just got back from WDW. We had 2 rooms. We used one band from each room. No problems!
