Dining plan and annual pass

is it possible to add the dining plan with an annual pass? I was pricing a room only reservation and it said I had to purchase a package to get the dining plan. I would like to add the deluxe plan but do not want to purchase a ticket I don't need.

Yes you can

Yes. It's called a ticketless package. You can call to have the DxDDP added to your room only reservation. Just be aware that adding the DDP does make your reservation a package, and all package rules apply at that point.

Yes you can. It is a ticketless package. If you are pricing out online, make sure you are logged into your account first then select the passholder option when you are looking at rooms.
