Dining Plan Alcohol Question

Are there any restrictions for the alcohol on the DDP? For example, do they only let you get certain beers or a certain type of drink/low end wine? Is there an add-on, similar to if you get an expensive cut of beef?

We always like getting dirty martinis and I enjoy bourbon. Are $15-$20 drinks included?

So far no one is letting you pay an upcharge to get a drink not allowed; it would be completely OOP.
