Dining Plan 2020 question

I have a quick question - could not find an answer anywhere. We have Deluxe Dining Plan for our trip in March 2020. And after booking all the restaurants I realised that two of them (STK and Monsieur Paul) only show that 2019 plan is accepted but not 2020. Is it safe to assume that these restaurants will be included (eventually) in 2020 plan as well?

Yes, contract finalization takes awhile. I have never seen a restaurant not sign up w ddp (barring v&a of course)

I am here now & I booked STK in 2019 & booked my reservations & we got to STK & they advised me that they are NOT participating in 2020.
