Dining Phone Numbers

I am just wondering if each resturant has their own phone number. I have reservations at Crsytal Palace and 1900 Park Fare while I am down at disney, and I am making a list of my reservations and reservations numbers etc..and I was looking for adding the numbers in case of some emergency or something we might be a little late I do not want to lose my reservations.
So should I just put the WDW dine number or is there some place I can get each individual resturant's number?

Sorry if this is confusing, but I am new to going to dinsey world.

We have always just called the WDW-DINE number and told them if we had a problem, easy to remember, and they have always thanked us for calling. We also stop at the kiosk at MGM for dining dilemas.
