We went as a family in 2004, only one adr at Donalds Breakfast in Animal Kingdom. Next time we are going to have a plan, the dining plan that is!!

Next year it will be DH, Me, DD (12) and DS (2 1/2)

If you could pick one restaurant in each park for dinner, plus an extra 4 nites
(8 dinners total) what would you pick considering my cast of characters??

Thanks for the opinions!!!!

I would pick:
MK- Crystal Palace Breakfast (dinner is good too)
MGM- 50's Prime Time (trying this year, but sounds great)
AK- Yak & Yeti (should be open)
EPCOT- Coral Reef (love this place)
Other 4: Ohana (never been, but sounds fun for families), Le Cellier (not to be missed), Liberty Tree Tavern (never been, but gets great reviews), and Boma (sounds great)

Based on my last year experience with my family, my recommendations are:

Magic Kingdom : Liverty Tree Tavern, either for lunch or for dinner. This is the only restaurant I ever repeated.
Epcot: So many wonderful picks here. Definetely I'll go for Le Cellier, great food and atmosphere. Les Chefs de France (I'll try it next September) or Bistro de Paris (love it! but maybe it's a little too much for your youngest). If you like italian don't miss Alfredo di Roma, though it will be gone next September. It's hard to miss here in Epcot, they all are wonderful restaurants and it will be up to your taste.
MGM Mama Melrose. We loved the restaurant. DH and I didn't like Sci-Fi, too dark for us.
Animal Kingdom Your best bet is to go to AKL for dinner, Boma is a wonderful experience, we loved it and so our kids.

Outside the parks, Kona was an excellent choice but with the kids was not so enjoyable. Ohana seemed a better pick for our family and definetely will try that one next.
You have to try some restaurant in Boardwalk, it's great dining there!!

Try looking at the menus and see what each restaurant has that will be good for you. Food is so subjective, you may pick the "best" and it may not suit you.
Good luck!popcorn::

I would pick:

MGM - Sci-Fi
MK - Crystal Palace or Liberty Tree Tavern
Epcot - San Angel Inn
AK - Rainforest
Other 4: O'hana, 1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's & Boma

I would pick :

MK : Crystal Palace

MGM : Sci-Fi

Epcot : Garden Grill

AK : Boma (not IN AK, but close at AKL)

4 others :
Liberty Tree Tavern
Chef Mickey's
'Ohana
Whispering Canyon
