Ok, since I am going to be making my PS soon, am interested in the following restaurants. This is a solo trip for 10 days, on the MYW dining plan and I am on the picky side of eating, so places like Morocco would not interest me. What do you think of these? Any good or bad experiences?

Sunshine Season (lunch)
Rose & Crown (Dinner)
Sassagoula Floatworks (Lunch)
Crystal Palace (Dinner)
Sommerfest (Lunch)
Concourse Steakhouse (Dinner)
Tusker House (Lunch)
50's Primetime (Dinner)
Bolangerie (Lunch)
Cape May Buffet (Dinner)
Liberty Tree Tavern (Lunch)
Sassagoula Floatworks (Dinner)
Casey's (Lunch)
Le Cellier (Dinner)
Whispering Canyon Cafe (Lunch)
Fountainview (Breakfast)

Am looking for suggestions for another table service dinner either in the Magic Kingdom or nearby. Also, what about a good counter service meal at either EPCOT or MGM?

I am not an adventuresome eater either; but did try Morrocco. It wasn't really for me. It wasn't bad just not my favorite meal.

Check out the menu at the Kona Cafe as a possibility for a table service meal near the MK. We really enjoyed our dinner there last year. There is also O'hana at the Poly, too. Another option would be might be the Grand Floridian Cafe. I know Kona and Grand Floridian Cafe are only one credit, not sure about O'hana. Thought I would add that for you or anyone else that might be using the DDP.

Wanted to add that your choices looked really good. You picked many of our favorite places!

Have a Great Time and enjoy all that delicious food!

Le Cellar is our fav. I would say it is a "must" for someone that enjoys steaks, and lots of good food. The bread is wonderful there. Only drawback is I feel so full after eating the wonderful breads.

Lots of good choices! We tried Concourse last November and it was great! Le Cellier is a favorite, Primetime is really fun, Tusker House is always good (nice quiet seating outside around back).

Just a word of caution: POFQ has (IMHO) the worst food court on property. We were there last May and it was a mess. Tiny, limited selection, and the line was out the door to get a sandwich. Very poor grab & go choices.

Sunshine Season (lunch) Very good for counter-service. Lots of choices. Great choice.

Rose & Crown (Dinner) Good food, great service, nice view if you're lucky enough to get a terrace table.

Crystal Palace (Dinner)
Lots of kids, lots of noise, moderately okay food.

Concourse Steakhouse (Dinner) Remarkably good food, but atmosphere isn't appealing: For children, they cannot help but wonder what's all that fun-sounding noise coming from Chef Mickey's. For adults, they cannot help but wonder why they didn't go someplace else where they wouldn't be disturbed by the
noise coming from Chef Mickey's.

Tusker House (Lunch) One of the best counter-service restaurants. Excellent food. It may be a little too adventurous for the culinarily timid.

50's Primetime (Dinner) The best themed restaurant at WDW. Excellent food for a moderate price. Lots and lots of fun.

Cape May Buffet (Dinner) Pretty good for everything except seafood and shellfish, which are pretty poor quality.

Liberty Tree Tavern (Lunch)
Yummy food, and great service.

Le Cellier (Dinner) Cramped dining room. Very inconsistent quality food. Decent service.

Whispering Canyon Cafe (Lunch) Great food, great service, and lots of fun if you're in the main dining room, though a bit noisy if you're in the main dining room.
Am looking for suggestions for another table service dinner either in the Magic Kingdom or nearby.
The Magic Kingdom isn't really a great place for table service. Any of the MK resort hotels will do -- they all have great choices. Artist Point, California Grill, Citricos, and Narcoossee are among the best restaurants at WDW. Kona Cafe and Grand Floridian Cafe are also very good.

Also, what about a good counter service meal at either EPCOT or MGM?
Since you mentioned you weren't very adventurous I won't recommend Tangierine Cafe. Stick with Seasons at Epcot.

Counter-service at Disney-MGM is a toughy. I'll leave that for someone else.

Thank you for your inputs.

Anyone else?

Rose & Crown (Dinner): Ate here after Candlelight in Dec. Food was EXCELLENT! I had the bangers and mash. Was sooooo good. The sausage was sweet. I had the potato leek soup to start. Very good!! I think my husband had the steak and guiness crock. He loved it. I remember he had sticky toffee pudding for dessert and he almost ate the plate.

Tusker House (Lunch) We've always enjoyed the food here. It's a nice little break from the park. Very relaxing. I love the funiture and the atmosphere. AK is a park that has really grown on me. I find it all so relaxing

50's Primetime (Dinner) We have eaten almost everything on the menu and it never disappoints. Depending on your server you can have a good experience or a GREAT experience. Most servers go by how you are reacting. If you seem up for teasing and fun they will ham it up if they see you're really not into it they lay off. It's what you make of it. Try the Meatloaf or Fried Chicken. EXCELLENT.

Liberty Tree Tavern (Lunch) Have only eaten here for dinner. Dinner is great.

Le Cellier (Dinner) One of our fav's. I love their filet mignon with mushroom risotto. Excellent. Their cheese soup is to die for with prezel bread for dipping. YUM! YUM! My hubbie loved their NY strip said it was one of the best he ever had. I've eaten here a number of times and always great!!!!

I'd look at Kona Cafe or O'Hana for another TS meal. Both are 1 TS credit and a monorail ride away from MK.

I looked at O'Hana's, but as this is a solo trip, it's alot of food for just one person. That was another reason I chose LTT for lunch, instead of dinner. I can't bear to think of wasting food like that.

I did take a look at the Grand Floridian Cafe. That does not look too bad, menu wise.

How is Tony's at the MK? I dined there once and was not totally thrilled, but was wondering if it improved at all?

Is House of Blues part of the dining plan?

House of Blues is not participating in the Dining Plan.

Sunshine Season (lunch) I love the sandwiches here. Especially the turkey sandwich. There's a lot to choose from here so I'd definitely recommend trying it once!
Rose & Crown (Dinner) I was less than impressed with the food here, but I also lived in England for a while so I think I was hoping for something more like the food served in the pubs in England.
Cape May Buffet (Dinner) I adore clams and mussels, so for me this was worth it. If you don't see yourself sticking mainly to clams and mussels I might say spend your time and money elsewhere. But I ate about 5 dozen clams and was as happy as a... well... clam!! :lmao:
Casey's (Lunch) LOVE Caseys! Its the only time I eat hot dogs. I a must do for us every trip.
Le Cellier (Dinner) Another MUST do for us. My favorite restaurant in all of Disney. I adore the cheddar cheese soup and filet!!
