Dining on Entertainment card at Downtown Disney

Has anyone ever eaten at Arthurs 27? Where else can you use the Entertainment book close by or at Dowtown Disney Resorts?

Any help would be appreciated.

There used to be Entertainment coupons for Planet Hollywood in there - not sure if there still are...
