Dining Menu's for Hard Rock Hotel?

Bit of a weird question.

Friends of mine are planning a 3 week holiday May 2012 (2 weeks at WDW then 1 week at Universal Orlando) & want to stay at Hard Rock Hotel.

Problem is they want to know what kind of food they offer in their restaurants at the Hotel but there's no menu's on the official website.

Does anyone know where there's any written up on the internet? Like there is for WDW. Or can anyone give me an idea on what food they offer?
