Well looks like the system was flooded this morning. Tried to make the rest of our ADR's but the system was down.

Yep it's down again.

The CM said it has been up and down most of the morning. She was only able to make 1 ADR since 9 am.

I just tried to call and the CM told me to call back 11/15, I tried to tell him that I heard that reservations could be made starting today, and hekept telling me that no one was making reservations, so no one had an advantage over me. Maybe I will try to call back later, our trip is for midmarch

Apparently a lot of people have been told this. They just kept calling until they got someone who knew what was going on and made their ADrs. Yes, keep trying.

I've called twice today for my daily ritual. I'm looking for Thanksgiving weekend reservations. The 1st time I got a recording. The 2nd I got a CM, but she could only answer questions. She couldn't book ADRs. She said they were working on the problem & I should call back tonight. Hopefully, they'll get it straightened out soon.

just got through! was only on the phone maybe 5-7 minutes, got all the ADR's that we wanted for Mid-March, the CM that took my call just now, stated that San Angel Inn and Yak and Yeti, were not taking the dining plan as of now, I went ahead and made the ressie, I am hoping it is just a contract thing and they have not signed yet.

How late are they opened? I called about thirty minutes ago and was still told systems are down. Right now I have a house full of very loud people carving pumpkins (annual family ritual ) so I don't think I'll be able to call for a few hours.

OMG! I just tried to call and she said the system was up but I could not book past Feb 22nd! I am waiting for another agent now. She is booking them now!

I called this morning at 7:04am EST, made 8 ADRs plus BBB, got all the times I wanted for our Feb. 24-28 trip and was completely finished in 25 minutes on the phone (including my wait time). I'm so happy!!

I called at 7:30 last evening and was done by 8:00. Had no problem getting everything we wanted for our march 8th -15th trip. My thanks to everyone here for your help!!

We are going the same time and we finally got all of ours as well!!
