Ok....I'm working on my itinerary and driving the hubby and kids crazy. We chose the MYW dining plan for 8 of our 10 nights. The first two nights are a room only reservation. I should point out that we are paying for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 13). I am hoping to be able to pay for the 10 year olds buffet meals out of pocket for my 4 scheduled buffets and save those 4 credits for a really nice dinner at the end of the week. This itinerary is just for our table services and the counter service we plan on "winging" it.
1st night- No parks, eat at Trail's End in FW, and hope to catch the campfire program.
2nd day- before hitting MK eat breakfast at Chef Mickey's, later that evening at Liberty Tree Tavern
3rd day- This now begins our dining plan.....MGM with a Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic dinner package
4th day- Epcot and dinner at the Biergarten
5th day- Rest 1/2 the day, eat dinner at Cindy's Castle, and attend MVMCP if available and if not have to switch plans with another day.
6th day- This is a whatever day, meaning TL, BB, DQ, Shopping, visiting other resorts, swimming, etc and then eating dinner at O'hanas
7th day- Animal Kingdom and later eating dinner at Whispering Canyon in WL
8th day- MK at least half day, maybe Epcot other half and dinner at the Concourse Steakhouse
9th day- Epcot and dinner at Rose and Crown
10th day- Yachtsman Steakhouse
11th day- head home
My goal is to try to set our table services whereever we are or close to there. I am just wondering what some of you veterans think of this plan. I am so not used to having to schedule itineraries. Our vacations usually consist of relaxing and doing things at our own pace. My husband wants to know why he needs to tell me where he wants to eat so far in advance. He also keeps telling me to just let him know when and where he has to be. Can anyone relate? Please let me know what you think.
Thanks!

Good Luck and let us know what you find out.
That's good for us since the pioneers should have the bugs worked out by then.
