So I was at WDW for the last 9 days, and had many issues making/changing ADRs with the AP. One night someone in our group was sick, so I moved our California Grill ADR from that night to the following night. Or I should say, thought I had moved it. Went thru all of the buttons, and then the ADR didn't show up. The first one was cancelled, but it had failed to be moved. So that ADR was lost.
Then Tuesday in the Magic Kingdom it was a struggle to make lunch ADRs. I could go thru all of the steps, until the last. Then I would get a notification that there were issues. I finally was able to complete an ADR, only to be told upon showing up at the restaurant that it had booked twice. Even though it didn't show that in the AP.
Are these kinds of struggles normal? In the case of the vanishing ADR to the California Grill was there anything I could have done, or anyone I could have talked to about it to try to get the reservation back?
