Dining in park before park opens

I have a reservation at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at 8am. Epcot does not open until 9am. Do I have to have an extra-magic-hours pass to get in? Or is the dining reservation all I need in order to get into Epcot early?

You'll be able to get to Akershus for your reservation, without any other considerations (other than, perhaps, your reservation number). If attractions are open early for resort guests (and you're not one), you simply won't be able to enter the attractions.
