Yes, there are now 2 table service restaurants in the Mexico pavillion.

The San Angel Inn is the original one and it is inside the pyramid. A new restaurant - La Hacienda de San Angel - opened last fall and it is across the walk way next to the WS Lagoon.

San Angel Inn serves lunch and dinner. La Hacienda is open for dinner only.

La Hacienda is the new restaurant... only opened for dinner and it is MUCH better than San Angels IMO. It however isn't in the cool Mexican temple. The new building it is in is very nice though and overlooks the water. I would hands down choose La Hacienda.
