Nope. Not unless you are British.

It's currently the Stay, Play and Dine Package for check-in dates January 5 - March 5. No package deals after that, but there is a room discount.

If we check in on March 5th so we get the free dining for our entire stay or just for the 5th

I did get a PIN for free dining in March. It might be worth a call to check. Look under the names of all family members. Mine was hiding under an account for DH that had no email associated!
