I am a little confused on dining in Japan. Are there 2 different TS resturants or is it just one? I read Teppan Edo and Tokyo dining. If there are 2 different places what is the difference?

There are 2 TS restaurants in the Japan pavillion. Each is a different menu and a different experience.
Teppan Edo is a "teppan style" Japanese restaurant. You sit at tables for 8 that surround the teppan grill. The food is "stir fried/grilled" by a chef in front of you. They entertain you as they cook your meal and it is delicious. It is a must do for us each trip.
Tokoyo Dining is a traditional style Japanese restaurant. Seating is at tables and chairs. The menu includes Tempura cooked foods, grilled meats and rice and a wide variety of sushi entrees and appetizers. There are other traditional Japanese items such as a Bento Box. We are trying this for the first time in October.
You can see the menus for each here on the DIS as well as at allears.net
Enjoy

Teppan Edo was a lot of fun when we did it last trip. We decided to do it again this year. It is a fun meal, that is entertaining, and tasty.

Both are in the same building. Teppan Edo is to the left, and Tokyo Dining to the right. I can not answer about Tokyo dining as I have not tried it.

Thanks for the replies. We wanted to try the Teppan style. Way more entertaining for the whole family

As my DH Wizzzzzard stated, Teppan Edo is great! I had never been to a restaurant like this before and my DH said we should try it because it was cool. I loved watching our food cooking (and not having to do the cooking, even better) and the nice show the chef does. You know the food is fresh and cooked to your liking as you are watching it and it is hot. Nice variety and great service as well. It's now on our must do for our future trips. Worth a try if you ask me.:thumbsup2

2 different restaurants.

Basic difference: At Teppan Edo they cook your meal on the table in front of you. At Tokyo Dining, they don't. There's also a more extensive sushi menu at Tokyo Dining.
