Dining in IOA/US

My boyfriend and I will be at Universal Orlando for a few days at the end of December/beginning of January. Neither of us have ever been. What places to eat do you recommend? We might do Mythos, and we're going to do Bob Marley's in CityWalk, but other than that, the meals will probably need to be on the cheaper side. What counter services places do you recommend in the parks? Any particular dishes that stand out (for good or bad)? Your input will be appreciated!

All these places are roughly $6 - $10 per plate. These are some of our favorites..

IOA: Burger Digs (eat on the balcony if not too cold out); & Enchanted Oak Tavern (love that rib platter; and visit the friendly staff at Alchemy there).

At USF: Cafe LaBamba has been good & fresh over the last year for us. Good burgers and BBQ.
