Dining in Dec. Your opinions?

Here are the places I have chosen for our TS.

I have 3 children
16,13,4 (at the time of trip)

What are your opinions on the following

Park Fare 1900 Lunch
Cinderella's Royal Table Breakfast
San Angel INN Dinner
O'hana's Dinner
Akershus Lunch
Coral Reef Dinner OR Boma at AKL for the day we visit AK

Thoughts on these? Opinions?

It is a good idea to hit up the three main princess dining restaurants, since you have three princesses. Dining in the castle is a lot of fun (even for adults and boys). I have never done San Angel Inn, but all of the others are good. Choosing between Boma and Coral Reef is tough for me. I am not a seafood fan, so I prefer the food at Boma.

However, it is cool to dine at the Coral Reef and even non seafood fans can find something to eat. If you had to pick, I would go with Coral Reef. I think the kids would enjoy it more. Since most of your restaurants already seem to be based around the kids, you may want to dine at Boma for the adults. Ohana's will probably be enjoyed by the adults and the kids.

Maybe skip San Angel Inn and keep both Coral Reef and Boma unless you were planning on trying to stay there for Illuminations.
