It appears that Sharks Underwater Grill is the only full service restaurant at SW. Is that the case?

Yes. Personally, I think they missed a bet by not putting in another sit-down restaurant in the new Waterfront area. I think the two cafetria style restaurants there are nothing special.

Sharks Underwater Water Grill, on the other hand, is spectacular. Some find it a bit pricey but given the view and the quality of the food well worth it, IMHO. Just skip the desserts. Instead, get a chocolate cherry cake or carrot cake at another restaurant -- muich better value!

Waits can be lengthy, so here's a tip: You can usually get immediate seating in the bar area, which gives you a pretty good view of the shark tanks. Plus, the counter of the bar is an aquarium in minature. Great fun!
